It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Genevieve Thie of Burlington, Iowa, born in Palmyra, Missouri, who passed away on June 10, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Drebenstedt and Selma Lucas Drebenstedt; and her siblings, Lorraine Rice and Stanley Drebenstedt. She is survived by: her daughter Deb Stratton (Dave) of Sperry, IA; her grandchildren, Danielle Huddleston (Matt) of Burlington and Jason Stratton (Erin Bradley) of West Burlington; and her great grandchildren, Christian, Ian Huddleston and Jaxon Stratton.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the Mediapolis Ambulance Service.
