He was predeceased by: his parents, George "Sockie" Rudolph and Gertrude Emma Popp Weingart. He is survived by: his daughters, Katherine Ann Ita (John) of Mt Pleasant, Ann Marie Smith (Chris) of Burlington and Diane Marie John (Rick) of Burlington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Divine Mercy Parish and Klein Legacy Fund.
