She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Mehaffy and Alice Cover Mehaffy. She is survived by: her siblings, Faye Fraise of West Point, Ronald Mehaffy (Patty) of Burlington and Donald Mehaffy (Carol) of Mt. Pleasant. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for the Special Needs Foundation.
