She is survived by: her son Eric Ballard (Kerry Sawyer) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Samantha, Chloe Ballard of Burlington, Chase Ballard (Cynthia) of Ottumwa, Riley Ballard of Burlington and Chance Ballard of Ottumwa; and her sisters, Antionette "Toni" King of Burlington and Patricia Ramsey of Wisconsin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
