She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. DeVilbiss and Catherine Louise Koestner DeVilbiss; her husband James Martin; her siblings, Marjory Hoff, Dorothy Rhea, Kathleen Rieke and John DeVilbiss Jr.; and her niece Diana Thele.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Catherine Nealey of Danville, Jean Frueh of Donnellson, Chuck Gillette of Donnellson, Teresa Abolt of West Point, Alec Rhea of Burlington and Alice Lawson of Kahoka, MO; and her sister-in-law Betty DeVilbiss of Ossian, IA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established for the Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
