He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Richard and Darlene Shirley Ann Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Misty Smith and Jacklyn Williams of Burlington; and his grandchildren, Logan Wall, Matthew Smith, Chelsea Smith, Raina Smith, Jaden Jones and Ryan Gallup. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
