James Edward Trickler Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Edward Trickler (Burlington, Iowa), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Trickler and Faye Smith Trickler; his wife Shirley Trickler; and his brother Ralph Trickler. He is survived by: his children, Mike Trickler and Brenda Trickler; his stepchildren, Gregg Kerby, Kelly Schulz and Julie Lindeen; his grandchildren, Trevor Johnson (Samantha), Amber Fuchs, Sable Trickler and Addison Trickler; his sister Sharon Hicks (Lester); his sister-in-law Bonnie Trickler; and his sibling's children, Jennifer Hicks, Kristina Hicks, Curtis Trickler and Christopher Trickler. He is also survived by five step grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601).
