He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Ann Burnette Coursey; his brother Patrick Coursey; and his daughters, Emily Pinkston and Melanie Warth. He is survived by: his father Richard Coursey of Fort Madison; his wife Jennifer Coursey of Burlington; his daughter Edie L Warth of Burlington; and his siblings, Steve Coursey (Brenda) of Monmouth, IL, Tim Coursey of Burlington and Jolinda Coursey of Fort Madison. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
