He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack L. Hall and Evelyn B. Hall (Prox); and his wife Sheila Barnes. He is survived by: his children, Feleicha Kemp (Kenny) of Burlington, Zachary Hall (Korey) of Iowa City, Natalie Hall (Brant Johnson) of Burlington, Heather Perez of Burlington, Robin Kindig of Burlington, Chad Brueck (Kelly) of Cedar Rapids and Sara Anderson (Jeff) of Davenport; his grandchildren, Kellen Kemp, Cameron Kemp, Cassidy Kemp, Rowan Hall, Andrea Hall, Jamie Joseph Hall, Jayden Lineberry, Ella Johnson, Lindsey Higgins, Lauren Oard, Olivia Oard, Isaac Oard, Charlie Mae Kindig, Carmen Anderson, Mateo Perez, Brady Brueck, Kelso Brueck, Poppy Brueck, Sadie Anderson and Taylor Anderson; his great grandchildren, Lillian, Vivian, Bryleigh, Madilyn and Kingston; and his siblings, Jack Hall (Becky) of Macomb, IL, Rick Hall (Kelly) of Burlington, David Hall (Linda) of Burlington and Beth Hecox (Roger) of Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Great River Christian School.
