Hartman of Cedar Rapids and Carolyn Hartman (Blakely) of Fairfield; his cousin Rick Cook; his fiancée Mindy Scott of Burlington; his children, Braiden Scott and Raeleyna Scott; his grandson Carter Leach; and his sisters, Katrina Van Meter of Cedar Rapids and Beth Lorehzen of LeClaire.
