He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis T Siverly and Viola R Hunger Siverly; and his son Thomas Siverly. He is survived by: his wife Doris Siverly; and his daughter Yvonne Minton (T. Scott). He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, seven nephews, and four nieces.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established for the American Cancer Association.
