She is survived by: her husband Francis Carr of Burlington; her daughters, Lisa Martinez of Fort Madison and Lori Wilband of Pensacola, Florida; her grandchildren, Chantel Martinez Chamberlin of Fort Madison, Cory Martinez of Las Vegas and Mark Moritz; and her great grandchildren, Arius, Braelynn and Chayde.
