We are sad to announce that, on November 3, 2022, at the age of 90, Joanne Elizabeth Oetken of Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles B. Doebele and Marie Hauber Doebele; and her brothers, James and Charles Doebele. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Ralph Oetken; her daughters, Diana "Dee Dee" Glancy (Dennis) of Burlington and Nancy Gutman (Ted) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Ashlee Barnes (Luke), Holly Luttenegger (Ryan), Teddy Gutman (Justina) and Ben Glancy (Kelsey); and her great grandchildren, Lydia, Shea, Cole Barnes, Jackson, Brock Luttenegger, Theo Gutman and Charli Glancy. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established for United Way.
