He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Lee and Mabel Royer (Mullikin); his daughter Cynthia Jean Lee; and his grandson Micah Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Carol Joan Welch of Burlington; his sons, Dan Royer (Laura) of Burlington and Tim Royer (Tamatha) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Victoria, Emily, Chase, JordAnn, James, Daniele and Joey; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Brandyn, Bentley, Khayos and Lucas; and his sister-in-law Marjorie Royer of West Burlington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
