He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Raymond and Lula V. Bickell (Phipps); and his sisters, Beulah Bolender of Monmouth and Juanita Hart of Kirkwood. He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Bickell of Burlington, IA; his children, Greg Bickell (Dina) of St. Augustine, FL, Gay Lynn Kellogg (Joel) of Valencia, CA and Jon Bickell of Galesburg; his grandchildren, Landon Vance (Kaleigh) of St. Augustine, FL, Elijah Kellogg Missionaries (Allison), Grant Bickell (Joy) of Oklahoma City, OK, Caleb Kellogg (Marissa) of Valencia, CA, Aaron Kellogg (Amy) of Valencia, CA, Alyssa Gates (Josiah) of St. Augustine, FL, Sydney Coleman (Shane) of Yorktown, VA, Zach Bickell of Amarillo, TX and Alis Bickell of Knoxville; and his siblings, Joyce Hazelwood (Al) of Tyler, TX, Elva Cox of Galesburg, Norma Nuckles (Kathy Levine) and Judy Andrews (Tim Bickell) of Chaparrel, NM. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
