It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Henry Dirth Jr. of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on June 1, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Hulda Timmerman Dirth. He is survived by: his wife Mary Janet Dirth of Burlington; and his children, Chris Dirth of Burlington, Nick Dirth of Burlington, Todd Dirth of Burlington, Caren Luttenegger of Burlington, Nita Carlson of Burlington and Tara Dirth of Burlington. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the Burlington Notre Dame Foundation.
