He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Wilson and Maxine Brown Wilson; his spouse Michele "Mickey" Marie Knotts; his daughter-in-law Barbara; his granddaughter Cherity Wilson; his sister Pam Still; and his nephew Robert Lynn.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Wilson, Renee Murphy (James) and Mamie Sue Elliot (Kyle); and his siblings, John Wilson and Evelyn Carlisle. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Shriners Children's Hospital.
