She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Fultz and Bertha Kirkland Fultz; and her sons, Danny, Rickey and Terry.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Hill of Burlington, IA, Sheila Smith (Sam) of Burlington, IA and Pamela Mildenberger (George); and her sister Arlene Scheffki. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
