She is survived by: her husband Terry Brockway; her children, Bruce Brockway (Tiffini), Denise Hanks (Joe) of Burlington, IA and Cathy Rheinschmidt (John) of Burlington, IA; her siblings, Jerry Herman (Connie) of Burlington and Rita Lewis of Carthage, IL; and her sister-in-law Sue Herman of Tuscon, AZ. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for Heart Song, Inc. and Divine Mercy Parish.
