She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Clemens and Beatrice Clemens (Stock); and her siblings, Roger Clemens and Shirley Collison. She is survived by: her children, Debi Cox of Fort Madison, Lisa Vannatta of Council Bluffs, Pam L. Collett (Steven) of Burlington, Mark Bellegante (Mandy) of Burlington and John Bellegante of Burlington. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
