She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Radtke and Mary Radtke (Constanzo); and her husband John Karl Sandell. She is survived by: her sons, David John Sandell (Verity) of Skokie, IL and Stephen Thomas Sandell of Burlington; and her grandchildren, Jeremiah Sandell, Joshua Sandell and Esmé Sandell.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial has been established for Divine Mercy Parish.
