Karen E. Peasley Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Karen E. Peasley of Burlington, Iowa. Karen, born on May 15, 1939, passed away on October 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Rudolph and Lucille Freed (Nolen); and her sister Betty Mauer. She is survived by: her husband Dick; her children, Dr. Daniel Peasley (Marti) of Stronghurst and Cindi Crockett (Michael) of Tampa, FL; her grandchildren, Kelsey (Nick), C. Joey Peasley and Ingrid Crockett (Greta Crockett); her great grandchildren, Keaton Weitzel, Paisley Weitzel, Quinn Crockett, Elliott Crockett and Isla Joy; and her sister Bonnie Basten of Edina, MN..

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Stronghurst Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established for the Carman United Methodist Church.
