With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kelsey Lou Orth of Burlington, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kelsey left this world on July 18, 2025 at the age of 20, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Russ, Julia Thornton and Ruth Orth; and her brother Tyler David. She is survived by: her parents, Daren Orth and Amie McDaniels Orth of Burlington; her siblings, Lexie Reisen (Tanner), Madison Orth (Marcus Johnson), Jaylen Orth, Christian Orth (Erin Fry), Kallee Orth (Bryce Britton) and Kellissa Orth (Jayden Kirby); her grandfather Ed McDaniels of Farmington, MO; and her siblings' children, Lillian, Benjamin, Ellie, Adam, Malakai, Carson and Kane. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601). A rosary will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Baptist Catholic Church (700 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established.
