He was predeceased by : his parents, Russell Ray and Floreine Cornelia Cover Klenk; his daughter Kelli; and his brother Gary Klenk. He is survived by : his wife Judith "Judy" Klenk of Burlington; his children, Kory Klenk (Rhonda) of Mediapolis, Kenton Klenk (Jill) of Mediapolis and Kaci Van Dalen (Scott) of Ft. Collins, CO; his son-in-law Bryan Cox of Moravia; and his siblings, Richard Lee Klenk (Jean) of Burlington and Janice Rose Brown (Bill) of New London. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for the Mediapolis Fire Department and Ambulance Services.
