With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lavern F. Schubert of Burlington, Iowa, born in Henry, Illinois, who passed away on December 10, 2022 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Schubert and Marie Balensiefen Schubert; and his siblings, Don and Mary Ann Rankin. He is survived by: his wife Joan Schubert of Burlington, IA; his children, Steve Schubert (Jana) of Littleton, CO, Teresa Gerard (Steven) of New Sharon, IA and Kathy Ilmberger of Burlington, IA; and his sister Norma McCollough of Peoria, IL.. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
