She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leo Long and Helen Long (Hawkins); her sister Patty Nordheim (Randy) of Waukon, Iowa; her niece Kris Rausch (Ben) of Waukon, Iowa; her nephew Blake Fosaaen (Melissa) of La Crescent, Minnesota; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lena, Theo, Jeremiah and Rosella Rausch; her aunt Judy; and her uncle Garmon Morse of Bloomfield.
In lieu of flowers two memorials have been established in her memory for the Burlington Area Veterans Honor Guard or Crapo Park.
