She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Felgar and Alma Felgar (Neil); her siblings, Charles Felgar (Marge) of Keokuk, Trudy Best (Dale) of Woodland and Esther Jinst (Truman) of Florida; and her stepsiblings, Bill Marshall of Carthage, Illinois and Shirley De of Marengo.
She is survived by: her stepmother Helen; and her children, Clifford Houston (Kelly) of Missouri, Barbara Thomas (Richard) of Pasadena and Donna Clifford of Burlington. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
