She is survived by: her mother Mary Katherine Moser (Hodgerson) of Burlington; her former husband Doug Kirkpatrick; her husband Sean Chapin of Burlington; her children, Stacy Reid of Burlington, Nichole Peterson (Micah) of Burlington, Spike Kirkpatrick of Burlington, Kayla Chapin of Minneapolis and Clayton Chapin (Kilene) of Stronghurst, Illinois; her grandchildren, Jaydon Badtram, Emylea Hocking, Alannah Peterson, Shyann Hocking, Kinsley Peterson, Macy Peterson, Brooklyn Chapin, Keylee Chapin and Keegan Chapin; her great grandchildren, Lincoln Badtram and Charlotte Badtram; and her siblings, Celest Johnson (Larry) of Burlington, Tom Moser (Lynn) of Burlington, Jeff Chapin of Burlington and Ken Chapin (Beth) of Burlington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
