She is survived by: her children, Rob Chaddock (Darla) of Yarmouth, Jim Chaddock of Burlington and Jan Creighton (Scott) of Burlington; her grandchildren, Chase Klenk (Stephanie) and Emily Chaddock; and her great grandchild Russell Klenk.
A memorial has been established for Bethany Lutheran Church.
