She was predeceased by: her spouse Irl E. Shamp of Burlington, IA; and her brother Dennis King. She is survived by: her pets, Magic and Bella; her sons, Sean Shamp (Julie) of Burlington, Rick Shamp (Kelly) of Burlington and Brad Shamp of Lantana; her foster son Terry Miller (Darlene) of Roselle, Illinois; her grandchildren, Lucas Shamp of Boulder, CO, Justin Shamp of Seymour, Mackahlan Shamp of Burlington and Lacee Nydle (Joe) of Des Moines; and her great grandchild Navee Nydle of Des Moines. She is also survived by one niece and two nephews; great nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Trinity Lutheran Church.
