He is survived by: his mother Helen Ballard (Murphy) of Burlington; his fiancée Teri Bratton of Burlington; his sons, Chase Ballard (Cynthia) of Ottumwa, Riley Ballard (Piper) of Oskaloosa and Chance Ballard of Burlington; his stepchildren, Randy Ronner of Illinois, Raegen Bratton of Burlington, Riana Bratton of Burlington and Samantha Ronner of Burlington; his grandchildren, Cyerra, Chloe, Callie and Meadow; his brother Eric Ballard of Burlington; his half-brother Teddy Ballard of Muscatine; and his mother-in-law Karen Bratton of Burlington. He is also survived by nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins.
