She was predeceased by: her parents, Konrad Vestweber and Anna Vestweber (Heidi); her husband Karl H. Benninghoven; and her half-brother Heinrich Vestweber. She is survived by: her children, Wolfgang Benninghoven (Karla) of Solon, IA and Karen McCabe of Cedar Rapids, IA; and her grandchildren, Alex Benninghoven of Solon, IA, Marina Benninghoven of Denver, CO and Jennifer Kaiser of Cedar Rapids, IA. She is also survived by two nieces and four nephews.
