She was predeceased by : her parents, Alvin William and Gertrude Caroline Schmitt Mumm; and her husband Clarence Robert. She is survived by : her daughters, Brenda Kay Dahl (John) of Burlington, Karen Sue Carkhuff (Bud) of Burlington, Rhonda Renee Hauswirth (David) of Burlington and Barbie Ann Jackson (Brandy Hamlin) of Burlington; and her siblings, David Mumm of Burlington and Joyce Timberlake (Leo) of Burlington. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established for First United Church of Christ or Burlington Gym.
