She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Martin Dreckmeier and Pauline Howard Dreckmeier; her husband Gary Walsh; her sons, Brian Walsh (Leslie) of Waukee, IA and Brad Walsh (Angela) of Shawnee, KS; her grandchildren, Adam Walsh (Dacia), Abby Walsh, Nesha Johnson, Gavin Walsh and Garrett Walsh; her great grandchildren, Mireya and Elena; and her siblings, Buz Dreckmeier of Burlington, John Dreckmeier of Burlington, Sandy Ball of Burlington, Paul Dreckmeier of Burlington, Jim Dreckmeier of Burlington, Tom Dreckmeier of Burlington, Mark Dreckmeier of Carolton, TX and Terry Scott Dreckmeier of Kansas City.
In lieu of flowers memorials have been established for the Des Moines County Humane Society, Stead Family Children's Hospital in Iowa City and Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice House.
