She is survived by: her daughter Marianne Denise Briggs of Burlington; her son-in-law Michael Edward Briggs; the parents of child, Michael Joseph Briggs and Susan Diane Briggs; her stepson Darren Alan Daedlow of Waukee, Iowa; her grandchildren, Matthew James Briggs of Iowa City and Lauren Aubrey Briggs of Burlington; her sister Barbara Jean Drew of Burlington; her nieces and nephews, Gina Drew, Ryan Drew (Amy), Megan Melcher (Ed), Leah Waterman (Elijah), Ryan Daedlow (Dionne), Michelle Zear (Chad) and Nathan Daedlow (Emily); Randall Joseph Briggs and Emmie Jayne Briggs.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to PAW Animal Shelter in Fort Madison in memory of Mary.
