She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Mercer and Iva Ramsey Mercer; her children, Mary L. Schwartz of Indianapolis, IN and Robert A. Huddleston (Dorie); her grandchildren, Daniel Crook of Indianapolis, IN, Kristen Alfred (Bob) of Denmark, IA and Jacob Huddleston (Annie) of Oak Grove, MO; her husband Walter; and her son Bill. She was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, seven step-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established for Faith Lutheran Church, Burlington.
