She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Stotts and Cecil Menafee Stotts; and her brothers, Gene Stotts (Bonnie), Harold, Jimmy and Bobby Stott.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph "Dusty Roads" Chaulk; her brothers, Earl Wesley Stott (Peggy) of Burlington and Raymond Stott (Edna) of Burlington; and her stepsister Ilene Howell of New London, IA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established for Mt. Pleasant Hospice.
