She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Brown and Ida Marie Brown (Willey); her husband Duane H. Moore; her siblings, Dan Brown (Florence), Don Brown (Anna), Joan Septer (Ralph) and Dorothy Blanchard (Gene); and her brother-in-law James Shepard.

She is survived by: her children, Michele Lohmann (Jamie) of Burlington and Chad Moore (Betty) of Mt. Pleasant; her grandchildren, Zachary Lohmann (Lindsey Reeves) of Urbandale, IA and Kylee Lohmann (Trenton Gebhardt) of Burlington; her brothers, Daryl Brown (Cindy) of Burlington and Bill Brown (Jan) of New London; and her siblings-in-law, Dick Moore (Joyce) of Danville and Beverly Shepard of Danville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established for Southeast Iowa Regional Hospice.
