He is survived by: his mother Claudia Chipman Neumann of Manson, IA; his wife Jennifer Neumann of Burlington; his children, Grace and Leo Neumann; his siblings, Connie Nelson (Rick) of Humboldt, IA, Christine Jesse (Ron) of Manson, IA, Jody VanDyke of Manson, IA and Scott Neumann of Cherokee, IA; his parents-in-law, Ed and Jeanne Swamberger; and his siblings-in-law, Sue Mickelson (Mark), Barb Cramer (Steve) and Tim Swamberger (Leasa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
