Lowe of Burlington, Iowa, born in Hannibal, Missouri, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Cecil Raymond. He is survived by : his mother Jo Ann Lowe (Yargus); and his siblings, Craig Lowe, Eric Lowe (Nancy) and April Budzyn (Ed). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A memorial has been established for the Des Moines County Humane Society.
