He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Giesman and Elizabeth Jane Giesman (Werst); his granddaughter Viola Kathline; and his siblings, Rosalie Nielsen and Harold Giesman.
He is survived by: his wife Roseanne Giesman (Clare) of Denison; his daughters, Alesia Jepsen (Mark) of Combs and Dawn Giesman of Denison; and his siblings, John Giesman (Sharon) of Buffalo Center, Fred Giesman (Diane) of Kellogg and Virginia Oxenreider (Ed) of Chariton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
