It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard B. Bazel (Burlington, Iowa), who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard B. Bazel to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert "Bob" Bazel and Mary Imogene Brooks Bazel; and his brothers, Charles (Pete) and James Bazel (Jim). He is survived by : his sisters, Mary Lucia Swiler (Thomas) and Jane Laue (Michael); and his nieces and nephews, Sara Love (Sean), Harley Laue, Joey Swiler and Melissa Swiler.

A memorial has been established for the VFW in Bagley, WI.
