He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Blain and Jean M. Blain (Hoyle). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Ruth Powell of Burlington; his children, Jeff Blain (Von) of Oquawka, Jackie Cervantez (Ray) of West Burlington, Jada Blain of Burlington, Jeremy Blain (Chris) of Danville, Angie Neal of Myrtle Beach and Brad Floyd (Abbie) of Gilbert, Arizona; and his sisters, Diana Floyd of Gilbert and Bonnie Soldona of California. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren.
