It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Cline of Burlington, Iowa, who passed away on October 17, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Cline to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Richard and Patsy Lou Cline (Neufner); and his fiancé Tracy Koett. He is survived by: his daughters, Amber Blynn Cline of Ottumwa and Mackenzie Marie Cline of Burlington; his grandson Iverson Oscar Lee Applegate; and his sister Pam Newberry (Tom) of Burlington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials have been established for his grandson's education or to the Des Moines County Humane Society.
