He is survived by : his wife Sharon Smelser of Burlington; his children, Kim Parrott of Washington, William "Bill" Parrott of Burlington and Richard E. Parrott III (Wealthy Moser) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Tyler Parrott, Haley Latcham (Austin), Trace Parrott, Lexi Crawley (Brandon), Blake Reusch and Savannah Parrott; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Latcham and Kye William Richard CrawleyRick.
