He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cook and Violet Cook (Wirt); and his sister Joyce Starkey. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Cook of Burlington; his daughters, Jessica Byerly of Burlington and Amanda Hocking (Andy) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Gauge Gorrell, Emylea Hocking and Shyann Hocking; his pets, Lizzie, Leah and Sophie; and his niece Denise McGee of Colorado.
