He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Thelma Mozingo (Henry); and his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Carrington of Burlington; his children, Tanya Henman (JD) of Burlington, Nathan Mozingo (Michelle) of Columbia and Jonathan Mozingo (Angela) of Moline, Illinois; and his brothers, Bill Mozingo (Patty) of Maryville and Jerry Mozingo (Dixie) of Bloomfield, Iowa.. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
