He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Nelson of Burlington; his children, Jody Nelson (Kathy) of Westminster, Phillip Nelson (Debbie) of Burlington and Scott Nelson (Melinda) of Mesa, Arizona; his grandchildren, Leanna White (Brett), Jonathan Nelson, Benjamin Nelson and Nathaniel Nelson; his great grandchild Breelea White; his siblings, James E. Nelson (Marsha) of Burlington and Caroline Hoover of Phoenix, Arizona; and his pet Doc. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
