She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Emmert Rowe and Nellie Florence Rowe (Purcell); her husband Henry Stephen Luchner; and her siblings, Keith Rowe and Glenna Mehaffy.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Dawson (Mark), Stephen Luchner (Janice), Michael Luchner (Daynee), Timothy Luchner (Lori), Thomas Luchner (Suzy), Mary Wagner (Blaine) and Matt Luchner (Annette); and her sister Sharon Green. She is also survived by twenty grandchildren and thirty-six great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Prugh Funeral Service (3940 Division St, Burlington, IA 52601). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials have been established for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
