She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey V. Peters and Alice Peters (Keyian). She is survived by: her husband Paul E. Chaillie of Burlington; her daughters, Nicole Chaillie of Burlington and Mary Campbell of Burlington; her grandchildren, Matthew Whaley of Burlington, Rebecca Whaley of Clinton and Julie Campbell of Burlington; her siblings, John Peters (Buggs) of Morse Bluff, Nebraska, Becky Skilton (Hawley) of Hayden and Linda Ballard (Cliff Pranschke) of San Jose, California; and her brother-in-law Errol Chaillie (Paula) of Godley. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She taught children's classes at various churches along with donating her time and talents.
